Private instructor for multiple candidates

For category B provisional driving licence issued after 03/02/2014 + other categories, the private instructor may not be mentioned as private instructor for another candidate during the year prior to the date on which the provisional driving licence was issued.

However, this does not apply:

With regard to:

- his/her spouse, his/her legal or actual cohabitant;

- his/her children, grandchildren, sisters, brothers and pupils;

- the children, grandchildren, sisters, brothers and pupils of his/her spouse, his/her legal or actual cohabitant;

If the private instructor and the candidate are registered with the National Office of Social Security as staff members of the same company that provides driver training for its employees;

If the private instructor and the candidate work together for a fire service.
