How can I change my appointment?
At the end of your confirmation e-mail, there’s a link that allows you to change your appointment details directly.
Click on the link and follow the different steps described below.
You can also cancel your appointment via the homepage of our Driving Test Appointment portal. Click on the "Change / Cancel" button.
Then enter your booking number from the appointment confirmation message, along with your mobile phone number. You can then access your appointment entry and change it.
